Presenter: Gail Joe and Stephanie Fletcher

Bio: Gail Joe has over 30 years of experience in economic development, mainly working with Indigenous communities throughout British Columbia. For 20 years, she was the Loan Manager and Mortgage Lender at All Nations Trust Company. In 2009, she started her own consulting practice, expanding her work to include economic development/business support, home ownership, and tourism capacity building. Gail is deeply connected to her community, the Lower Nicola Indian Band, where she lives and works. She looks forward to continuing her important role in strengthening Indigenous economies across British Columbia.

Stephanie Fletcher is the Business Analyst for CFDC of CIFN. She is T’exelcemc from Williams Lake First Nation. She has 25+ years of banking experience with 10+ years of Indigenous developmental lending, she has worked directly with First Nation Governance, communities.
