Do you enjoy working with the public? Are you an experienced administration professional?

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist that is experienced, reliable and task-oriented with a focus on customer service.

This role will provide office services by engaging administrative systems, utilizing procedures and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

This job would suit someone with:

➡️ 5+ years of related office admin experience (preferred).
➡️ Strong organizational skills and experience with diverse populations.
➡️ Availability to work every Friday and on an casual, as-needed basis.

Note, this is a casual/on-call position. The application deadline for this role is March 15th, 2026.
