How to Find and Keep Staff

In this workshop, participants will discuss the current labour market and the challenges it creates for businesses in the North Okanagan.

Participants will identify creative and effective ways to recruit employees to fill vacancies. They will gain further understanding of organizational best practices when it comes to employee retention and its effects on staffing.

This is an in-person event at the Community Futures North Okanagan Office, 3105-33rd Street, 3rd flr Kalamalka Boardroom (downtown Vernon). Space is limited.

Johanna joined Community Futures as a Business Services Advisor for WorkBC in 2022, bringing with her over 20 years of management experience across a variety of organizations with a strong focus on the people side of business.
