Are you seeing tumbleweeds instead of resumes? Join us for a workshop focusing on creative ways to address the labour challenges within our businesses and our community. We will focus on outside the box thinking with attraction and recruitment as well as taking important look at retention and what the employees of today need from us to stay.

In this workshop, participants will discuss the current labour market and the challenges it creates for businesses in the North Okanagan.

Participants will identify creative and effective ways to recruit employees to fill vacancies. They will gain further understanding of organizational best practices when it comes to employee retention and its effects on staffing.
