We invite Lumby employers to join us for a collaborative workshop where we will go through creative ways to mitigate staffing shortages. Together as a business community, we will share ideas, challenges and solutions to attract staff and expand our local labour pools.

Johanna joined Community Futures as a Business Services Advisor for WorkBC in 2022, bringing with her over 20 years of management experience across a variety of organizations with a strong focus on the people side of business. She is passionate about supporting employers through the current labour market challenges using creative problem-solving and proactive planning.
