What happens to your business if something happens to you?

It’s a question many entrepreneurs avoid, but proactive planning is the true foundation of a lasting business.

This Small Business Week, Community Futures North Okanagan is celebrating local business owners by helping you protect what you’ve worked so hard to build.

Whether you’re eyeing a future sale, considering a well-deserved leave of absence, or simply ensuring your operations can withstand the unexpected, succession planning is essential.

Join Business Analyst Scot McNair for an interactive Small Business Week workshop designed to take the mystery—and the stress—out of succession planning.

Secure your spot, celebrate Small Business Week with us, and gain the peace of mind that comes with being prepared.

This workshop will be held on the 3rd floor in the Kalamalka Room.

Hosted by Community Futures North Okanagan and the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce as part of Small Business Week 2026.
