We offer timely, flexible, and repayable financing for the business community affected by wildfires, smoke, and water restrictions.

Supporting Your Business’ Recovery
The Disaster Recovery Business Loans are timely, flexible and repayable financing for North Okanagan businesses who operations were directly or indirectly impacted by wildfires, water restrictions or air quality advisories.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
- A for-profit business, co-operative, or social enterprise (sole proprietorship, partnership, or incorporated entity)
- Operates in the North Okanagan service area (Coldstream, Vernon rural, Lumby, Cherryville, Enderby, Armstrong-Spallumcheen, and surrounding electoral areas)
- Was an active business prior to the disaster event and intends to continue operating in the service area
- Has no unresolved issues on an existing CFDC North Okanagan loan
- Both directly and indirectly impacted businesses
