Community Futures North Okanagan, in partnership with the City of Vernon, is excited to be hosting an immigration information session at the Vernon Prestige Lodge and Conference Centre on January 21st, 2025.

This information session is designed to inform the employers of the North Okanagan Shuswap region of all the temporary resident and permanent resident pathways available and how to effectively utilize them. Additionally, there is to be a focus on the recent immigration levels plan and how it will impact employers.

The session will focus on recruiting workers through temporary resident pathways and a breakdown of the immigration levels plan.

Who Should Attend? Employers who are interested in learning about immigration programs and about how the new restrictions to immigration will impact businesses.
