Join our Business Services team for an engaging\, hands on\, and in-person workshop called the Business Model Canvas! \nDuring this three-hour long workshop\, you will create a one-page working document that addresses all nine key building blocks of what it takes to run your business effectively and efficiently. It addresses who your ideal clients are\, how you deliver value through your offerings\, how your business operates in the background\, and of course\, how you earn an income doing something you love. \nUsed across all industries\, the Business Model Canvas is a tool that gives you space to test your ideas\, validate your assumptions\, and identify which resources you will need to make your business a reality. DESCRIPTION:Community Futures North Okanagan is excited to be bringing Danielle Guetter‘s Digital Marketing Audit workshop to our business community! \nUsing the analogy of a professional home inspection\, participants will walk through three critical areas every business needs to get right: \n\nGoogle Business Profile\nWebsite\nSocial Media\n\nDanielle will conduct a mini audit of each area\, highlighting what’s working well (a pass) and what may need attention (a recommended fix). Business owners will learn where your digital presence is strong and where small improvements can make a big difference. \nEach participant will leave with a clear\, easy-to-use checklist outlining exactly what to review and improve across all three platforms.
