Community Futures has compiled an online and offline library of information that covers many business related topics. Reference materials on business planning, marketing, bookkeeping and other relevant subjects is available at www.futuresbc.ca/vbs, or come in and ask for assistance from the front desk of our business department.

Virtual Business Source

The North Okanagan Virtual Business Source was developed to answer some frequently asked questions by local entrepreneurs. A vast amount of information has been compiled in this resource. Information and programs constantly change so we are continuously updating our records.

Community Access Program

The Community Access Program (CAP) is funded by Industry Canada, and provides computers and the Internet to the North Okanagan public for free Internet access. This service provides opportunity for people in rural communities to better communicate within the community and around the world. CAP computers are available to the public at Community Futures Development Corporation and Connections Career Centre.
