Offices For Rent
Community Futures North Okanagan has offices available for rent! These offices are on the third floor of the building at 3105 33rd Street, Vernon, are approximately 145 square feet, have full size windows, and are unfurnished. Rent is $550.00 per month (plus HST) and includes the office, utilities, janitorial services, security system, repairs and maintenance, property taxes, access to internet, access to a kitchen, use of a small board room (6-10 people), and access to a copier. The building is accessible for all people (handicap washroom automatic doors, etc) and has an elevator to the third floor. The other tenants in the shared office space are business services.
